The Course is fully open and we are allowing Electric Trolleys back on the course. we are also willing to allow Buggies if you have a valid certificate from the Doctor.
Shame you did not put any thought into this policy before and just introduced a stupid blanket ban, other courses including St Andrews have a proper thought out policy that complies with the EA 2010 and ensures their ALL members are respected. The R&A policy is to encourage everyone to play and recognises that allowing trolleys and buggies for some members, e.g. over 70's and those with a medical condition helps to promote the game and makes it accessible for all...by all means have a trolley ban if conditions warrant it but keep it under review and show flexibility as conditions improve or is that asking too much
